Honesty is the best policy, I know it sounds redundant but it's true. I feel if people know and trust you to give the best information according to the information you have, they will be more loyal, I've only joined your mailing list a week ago and you are already at the top of my list of people to follow. I see with you it's not just about selling products to your list, but actually being thorough in your suggestions, trying to help out whomever you can.
